We are searching for a talented candidate for Midwife.

 

Hours: 40 hours – Office - 8a-4:30p/8:30a-5p / On Call - 12- or 24-hour varying shifts  

Shift: Days – Weeknights, weekends and holidays

Location: New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Requirements

  • Under direction of individually assigned Physician, Office Manager or Designee, perform diversified clinical, patient care and related duties both within and in support of the OB/GYN Office.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
  • A Masters Degree in Nurse Midwifery is required.
  • Must maintain competency within areas of own position responsibilities.
  • Over 3 months experience of related work experience is required.
  • Current Massachusetts Nursing License authorization to practice in an expanded role.
  • CME requirements as needed.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
