We are searching for a talented Office Coord-Food-Nutrition
Hours: 32hrs
Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

Requirements
Under general supervision of the Office Manager or Designee, perform a variety of office duties to include Payroll Processing, Cash handling, Financial report preparation, Inventory extension, Department invoicing, supply ordering, general record maintenance and other related duties both within and in support of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to include all sites. Assist other departments in planning catered meetings and special events.Qualifications
- Equal to the completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training required.
- Very good interpersonal, organizational and computer/data management skills required.
- Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Windows Software, i.e. Word and Excel as well as Point Of Sales (cash register system).
- Must have Keyboard and data entry skills .
- Very good customer service skills required.
- A minimum of one (2) year related work experience required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
