We are searching for a talented Electrophysiology Lab Tech
*$10,000 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00am - 5:30pm, 10hr shifts, Monday through Friday, rotating day off; No call, No weekends, No Holidays; Late stay is required

Requirements
Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager of the EP Lab or designee, perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties within assigned cardiology modality as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Assume responsibility for each assigned patient, perform patient assessments, and correlate clinical findings with exam/procedure request. Assist physicians in performing procedures. Obtain pertinent hemodynamic and angiographic information from patient�s and document all data within the EHR. Perform patient education related to the procedure. Select technical factors/parameters/sequences to produce quality images. Apply the principles of ALARA to minimize exposure to patient, self and others.Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, and attainment of primary certification within one year of eligibility preferred or graduation from an accredited program in Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist.
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience including a minimum of two years clinical cardiac and/or critical care experience is required.
- One years experience as a Scrub Assistant in a cardiac catheterization/EP lab/Structural Heart is required.
- Current RT licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required based on location assignment.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
