We are searching for a talented Business Operations Coordinator, Imaging Services
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River

Requirements
Position reports to the Executive Director or designee. Perform diversified administrative and coordinating duties to support the Executive Director, Site Directors, Managers, Physician Chairman and Site Medical Directors. Utilize various computer programs to compose, transcribe and type a variety of documents for the Director and other Imaging Services leadership staff including correspondence, meeting minutes, agendas, memos, directives and annual reports. Answer phone, screen calls, take and relay messages, make notations and resolve a variety of inquiries, informational requests, problems, questions, discrepancies, etc., within scope of own responsibilities. Interact with other senior members of the management and medical staff, including client physician offices. Work with staff and management throughout the organization in support of various operating efforts such as IT, Legal, HR and Marketing.Qualifications
- Associates Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Proficient skills and advanced knowledge in business software including Acrobat and Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are required.
- Five (5) years of related work experience is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
