We are searching for a talented IT Asset Technician

 

Hours: 40hrs  

Shift:  Day shift; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA

Requirements

Position reports to the TL-Asset Mgmt and Procurement or Designee. Manage lifecycle of end user hardware assets including installing, reconfiguring, repairing and decommissioning. Maintain accurate inventories and detailed information of hardware assets in organization�s asset management tracking system. Process end user requests for hardware assets. Perform duties in support of Digital Health Services department including but not limited to participation in projects, providing remote and local technical support, device testing

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher and a general understanding of personal computer components, mobile devices, Microsoft Windows and desktop applications is required.
  • Experience with imaging a computer and/or deploying software is preferred.
  • A+ certification is preferred. HP hardware certification required within 30 days of hire into position.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

  • Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
