We are searching for a talented Manager - Oncology Pharmacy.

Location: Oversee two Oncology Pharmacy Sites, Fall River and Fairhaven.

Requirements

Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy Services or designee, perform a wide variety of duties: staff, clinical and supervisory that provides direction and support to personnel and activities at assigned site(s). Assist in staffing, planning and organizing of Pharmacy activities ensuring that services are provided in a safe, timely and efficient manner. Work with leadership team to ensure effective completion, processing and reporting of a variety of services provided by the Oncology Pharmacy Department. Serve on a variety of committees to support the integrity and growth of the Oncology Clinic. Oversee clinical application of oncology treatment plans, as well as investigational drugs 

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Pharmacy is required.
  • Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required. 
  • A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience is required.
  • Additional oncology. chemotherapy, sterile compounding, or other related certifications recommended but not required.
  • Must be a Registered Pharmacist licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
