We are searching for an Experienced RN Team Leader for the Emergency Department  

Hours: 40hrs  

Shift: Evening/Night, 9:00pm - 7:30am with weekend and holiday rotation  

Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Requirements

Under direction of individually assigned Director of Patient Services or Designee, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the Emergency Department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, department manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, etc.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience are required.
  • Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is also required.
  • Emergency or Critical Care Nurse national certification (CEN or CCRN) is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years related work experience required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
