We are searching for a talented Research and Regulatory Coordinator
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Requirements
Position reports to the Director of Regulatory Readiness and the Manager of Clinical Research. Works collaboratively across the system and teams to support clinical research programs and regulatory efforts including coordination of departmental and research study finances, contract processing, support of continuous regulatory and research readiness, management of study records, support of regulatory and research committees and work groups, and coordination of other projects or tasks as assigned. Additional responsibilities may include data collection, reporting, basic analysis, and dissemination of accurate, timely and informative communications. Departmental administrative functions such preparation of meeting materials (data visualization tools/slide decks/agendas/minutes), scheduling, payroll, departmental expenditure tracking and management of department(s) SharePoint resources pages.Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office tools with strength in Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Previous experience with project coordination and/or software such as Tableau, SharePoint, Premier, Minitab, EPIC EMR a plus but not required.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
