Requirements
Under the direction of Manager, Telecommunications or designee, perform a wide variety of duties involved in implementing and maintaining large, complex voice systems such as PBX, Voice Mail, ACD, and unified communications systems. Role includes, but is not limited to: basic telecom programming, provide training to users and call center agents on Avaya phone set features/functionality and etiquette, administrating voice/data carrier orders, moves, and disconnects, maintaining carrier account access and inventory, pulling, reviewing, and processing carrier bills, placing and tracking orders for telecommunication�s equipment and services, and breaking the bills down to the cost center level before handing off to the Finance Dept.Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business or other related fields or equivalent experience required. 5+ years related experience including:
- Experience in voice and data carrier orders (moves, adds, and changes), billing, and problem escalation; experience in maintaining inventories and billing records for voice and data circuit and phone numbers; ordering telecom equipment and services and handling vendor billing reconciliation.
- Experience keeping track of all operational expenses and assisting the manager during the budget process.
- Experience with systems management and monitoring tools is desired.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
