Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Facilities or designee, meet set standards while performing functions of the department. Remove all soiled linen and trash from the facility. Clean and disinfect floors and bathroom fixtures. Clean discharge beds. Keep equipment and janitors closets clean.

Under general supervision of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care Services or Designee, perform a variety of duties including basic care including personal hygiene, mobility, nutritional support, maintaining of patient environment, providing assistance to licensed staff in carrying out other related duties, etc.

Position reports to the Practice Manager/Administrator or designee. Check-in and check-out patients at assigned practice(s). Perform various operational support functions including scheduling patient visits, tests and surgical procedures. Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls. Perform various clerical and administrative functions. May cover different offices as needed or directed.
